XS-1999 has the unique multi-methyl branched chain, which is called synthetic silk oil. It is a excellent emollient with dry, softer and silky handfeel. It can prevent the silicone separating our in low temperature due to its high solubility to silicone. It can be used as stabilizer and coupling agent to silicone. It also has good dispersibility to pigment with low viscosity, fresh and no greasy sense.
